Adventure Days

Join us for our multi-age excursion days! Each Thursday, our kids' program heads out on an adventure around Saskatoon. Each adventure day has outdoor play with more indoor programming time for the chillier winter months.

Our adventure program is great for kids from 5 yrs and up to age 10. Each day takes a hands on approach to learning in environments that offer moderate challenges and support social growth . These days are great for parents and other volunteers to join their child(ren) and enjoy an adventure with the whole group.

DAYS: Thursdays

TIME: 10:00AM to 3:00PM

After care program available until 5:00PM (additional fee applies).

AGES: 5 to 10 yrs

FEES: $45 per session per child

This adventure program takes place in different 'wild' places where we can learn skills such as day preparedness, handskills, outdoor cooking, arts/crafts/games, and of course growing our knowledge of the living land around us.

Our monthly programs include many adventure learning opportunities, including:

Visiting different locations just like a field trip every time!
Forest walks, beach and water play excursions, acreages, urban spaces that offer special amenities/learning opps, prairie hikes, and deeper exploration of some regular playspaces.
Developmentally appropriate and child-led play based experiences.
Family days where everyone can come and have a new experience with their kids and enjoy the company of other parents in the program!
